A series of shots I took using a Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens and a set of extension tubes. The subject was a small bottle of hand soap from Bath & Body Works, the kind with the tiny little beads, or grit, inside. I used a handheld LED flashlight for lighting and just played around with various positions and distances while watching for shadows and interesting highlights through the viewfinder. Aside from some basic color-balance and tone adjustments, they're all pretty much straight from the camera. All are full frame except the first two.
